Casey Wilson and David Caspe Welcome Frankie Rose Through Surrogacy
Actress and podcast host Casey Wilson and writer-producer David Caspe welcomed their third child, daughter Frances “Frankie” Rose Caspe, through surrogacy in January 2023.
Frankie joins older brothers Max and Henry. Wilson has been open that she chose surrogacy after difficult pregnancies and postpartum depression with her sons — a medical and mental-health decision she has described as protecting both her well-being and her family.
